EQEmulator Launcher
I didn't know where to post this, nor did I know if you guys could even help, but it's worth a shot so here I go:
It seems that the only way to update the files require for play on p99 is to use this launcher. However, I can't update the launcher, because it tells me I need .net framework 4.0.3 first. I tried downloading and installing the framework, but I keep getting an error saying I need to install the .net framework 4.0.3 multi-targeting pack, which I also downloaded and tried to install, only to get the exact same error. There seems to be no way around this at all. Has anyone else had this problem/have a solution for it?
