Get stuck in Nektulos Forest

Every time I log into Nektulos forest my character becomes stuck in the ground and I can't move - plus the graphics are missing and white in some parts. It happens when I zone in or am ported in. Has this happened to anyone else? Could it be that I just have to reinstall the files or is there a quick-fix anyone can think of?

No problem. For ease i edited that post I made to remove the link and just have the instructions in the post itself, then added a direct link to that post in my sig (after the Luclin guide link) for quick reference.
