Also I hate slying into Logan (Miami too) because right up until your plane touches its wheels down you're cruising like 50 feet over the ocean.

And you will thank me. I *barely* like pork - I love bacon but most pork is a meh in my book.
When we were out in NE on vacation a couple years back we stopped here to eat. My wife and had eaten seafood for the prior 4-5 days so we decided to go non-seafood (thank god). I ordered a delicious NY Strip they had at the time; my wife ordered the Slow Cooked Pork.
When they say slow cooked they're not fucking around - the chef came out after we raved and raved to our waiter and told us that they cook it for around 48 hours!!

It was like angels singing on my tongue the first bite I took of this pork. The Strip steak I got was very good.. this Pork Roast though.. man oh man... its in another universe of taste it is so good.
