The wiki has this guy dropping a runed oak bow always but he just dropped a plain longbow for me, is that a bug I should petition or just incorrect information on the wiki?

I have gotten the bow off of him many times. He definitely drops it. I noticed he roams now; he never use to.

I've gotten the Runed Oak Bow from him twice. He paths near the Centaur village. He also drops a regular longbow as his junk drop
