Miscellaneous: NPCs in lavastorm

Fire elementals do not scowl / attack, they should. They are also on a faction "elemental" which should not be the case

Rock dervishes DO scowl / attack, they should not.

Fire drakes scowl / attack, they should not.

Lava crawlers do not drop coin or (I didn't see at least) blood stones.

For experience during kunark era:

Fire elementals aggroed for sure. I remember these being the big risk for lavastorm groups. The elementals in the commonlands do aggro on p99, the fire ones should not be any different.

I'm not 100% sure about rock dervs, dont think they aggroed though.

Drakes did not aggro, i remember thinking this was wierd.

Lava crawlers dropped a stone of some sort, no sure about money.

Fixed everything but the lava crawler coin, pending update. Couldn't find any info on that.
