Miscellaneous: Tailored Quiver

I believe the Tailored Quiver is suppose to have 22% weight reduction to it.


I used that P99 game companion internet archive deal and it said 22% on there as well for weight reduction.



Currently it receives 0% weight reduction.


From what i've read quivers should , when velious comes out, also reduce archery delay as well.

The amount of weight reduction on the quivers is what determines it to have that percentage of bow haste.

In Velious, the appropriate quivers will have their WR returned.
