Game Mechanics: Drunkness clears on zone

When you zone, it clears your intoxication completely. Should happen upon death, but not on normal zones. This makes you need to either stay in same zone to retain drunkdom or buy more booze! And it sorta lets you skillup faster, since you can zone back and forth wasting stacks.
