Merchants: Breeze Priced at 41pp

Right now on Kelsi Q'Grinol price for Breeze scroll is 41pp this is way to much as it should be around 4-6pp.

Edit : And Nertith Gracon is selling it for 21pp.

All of the vendors in the Overthere outpost are greedy vendors (sell for 2x, buy for 1/2 normal), which explains the variation between the two vendors you listed.

Edit your post to include some time line appropriate quotes or listings for the appropriate value range.

I could not find any pricing data for it from before. But common sence would tell most normal people that a lvl16 spell should be cheaper than all the other spells merchant sells which are lvl50+ lvl58 ones are 45pp. normal lvl16 spell is ~6pp so at most it should be 12pp.
