is this quest suppose to yield a reward?

the npcs spawn, drop the heads, but no reward is given at final turn in guild in ak anon

This was recently set straight on the wiki: http://wiki.project1999.org/index.ph...rk_%28Quest%29

"This quest was non-functioning during the classic era and was not fixed until much later (which accounts for a quest this easy offering such a powerful reward). As such, the quest itself does not function in p99 nor will it ever. Please note that while the bandits do still spawn (not classic) turning in their heads to Jarah will result in absolutely nothing."

Bandits didn't spawn at all classically? Easy to fix if this is the case.
