lvl 39 Wizard spells?

Any idea where a dark elf 39 wizard can find lvl 39 spells:

lightning shock
invisibility to undead


To my knowledge, and searches, I cannot find them in neriak....

You'll find those spells and many others in the Permafrost bearpit.

Well, I searched for the Scribe Yoss in Rathe mountains......couldn't find him in the spot the map says he is at.....

L Shock is found in the Erudin Library.

ITU isn't a wiz spell, but you can find it in any cleric guild.

ITU is a lvl 39 wiz spell, druids have to wait until kunark for ITU. you can always buy pots at the alchemist at your starting location. ITU pot normally run for 9gold 8 silver 7copper at 67 charisma.

umm wizards dont get ivu untill velious and druids never get it not sure what everquest you guys played
