Custom music by zone.. possible?

Hey is it possible to edit some files and do custom music by zone with ease? If so, anyone have a guide? I'd like to use some of the eq2 musics for zones that don't have music. Like Castle Mistmoore's theme sounds pretty badass and appropriate.

There has to be a trigger in-game to start music. Zones without music have no trigger to play music, so you can't just add music at your will without having access to the database. I could be wrong about this but I'm pretty sure I'm right.
