NPC Spawn Issue: Modani Qu`Loni, Enchanter epic

Modani Qu`Loni or his placeholder should spawn in OT once every 40 minutes at approximately +540, -940. The room that he is in also contains a scorpikis, and both should roam between the room and the hallway immediately outside.

Currently Modani is not up and I have not seen his placeholder spawn. I have kept the room clear and nothing has spawned at his location. I've also been clearing the area that he should roam.

The mobs in this area seem to have pathing issues. Roamers frequently warp through walls and fall under the world. For example, the other mob in Modani's room warps through the wall on its way back.

Never mind, he spawned after 15 hours The loc given on Allakhazam was incorrect and his placeholders were the roamers mentioned above. However, the spawn timer seemed wierd. After I started writing down times, I recorded kills at:
9:12, 9:42, 9:43, 10:10, 10:42, 11:01, 11:02, 11:43, 12:24
I am confident that these were all from his placeholders. They should have been spaced 40 minutes apart (with some time added to kill). Also, the number of placeholders I went through to spawn him seemed much larger than the norm was on live, although I could have had bad luck.

The spawn associated with Modani should be 2400 seconds (40 minutes)
