Default Broken Enc spells

Shifting Sight, Cast Sight, etc. line of spells are broken.
They used to have all of the following attributes:

- Did not require LOS, only a target
- Caused zero threat
- Unresistable

Alliance and similar spells are also broken.
They used to have all of the following attributes:

- Did not require LOS, only a target
- Caused zero threat
- Unresistable

A minor detail:

When casting levitate, it should use the same sound as summoning a pet and have a green particle graphic.

What's the deal with Alliance? It doesn't seem to work on anyone.
I was about to post it until I saw this thread.

It takes hold if I cast it on myself but that's about it.

Yikes if Alliance doesn't work... that's no fun for Chanters. Very very helpful spell for early on.

Yeah, I'm slightly worried about Alliance in particular.
I will be hitting level 12 by Friday and just need to run into Ogguk in DE form to hand in the book for my Stein. But I would feel much more comfortable if I could spam Alliance on the guards and such...

You should be OK if agnostic and in DE form. I just did it as a High Elf the other day, with no problems.
