Quest Issue: bard mail quest (red)

bard mail quest yielding 3-4 gold a turn in instead of 11-17 gold.
is that the way it was in classic? im not sure. i thought i remember being able to do it several times in a row get from lvl 1-5 and make like 40-50 pp in a few hrs.

then it must be bugged on blue. because ive done it over 200 times easily and neer seen it below 10 gold and i think 18 is the highest i got .would it be acceptable to do it say 20 times on blue. then on red and show comparison?

The quest rewarding 10+gp every time was the bug. It was fixed a few weeks ago when the pvp server launched.
