I don't know Malcolm but Zilo from IB is good peeps, too. A couple months ago he took some time to head to Kith to get a Tainted 2hander for a newbie SK. I know IB gets a lot of a crap on these forums, but I've come across some helpful/polite members.

While we're thanking people, I want to send a major <3 to Sinlea for helping me (Metheny the half-elf bard) and my friend Brucius out by donating a ruby crown to us! These two level six toons are swimming in gold pieces right now ;D
