Froglok Escort - Resolved

I've been searching for this dude for some time now, and I finally found him at loc 3095,1739 in Swamp Of no Hope. Actually this mob is stuck there, for real. I killed him several times, and he's still spawning and waiting at the same location.

According to Allakhazam entries, this dude should be wandering somewhere on the path going out from East Cabilis entrance and ... Somewhere else.

The very first post on this page is very interesting. I am very based on those observations, so I can't affirm this is it's original behaviour.

Any input will be appreciated I am sure.

Leveled my iksar war from 1 to 6 looking for him, then thinking that I may just be missing him, I logged in a 51 druid to track for a few hours. Nadda. Today I followed the OP's advice and found a mosquito sitting there at those locs. So I killed it a few times (repop 5 minutes and doesn't move). Between kills I'd run down and kill some froggies for exp. After about the 3rd mosquito kill, I ran down to the path, spun around hitting my F8 key and targeted Froglok Escort wandering toward the path along the water straight out in front of Cabilis.

I don't know if killing that mosquito at the above loc had anything to do with the FE finally spawning or not, since he obviously didn't spawn in that location. If anyone knows the Quillmane trigger, then you know that a mob can be spawned in a different location by killing a trigger with some scripts. Probably just a coincidence, but since I had such trouble getting this "common" mob to spawn, I thought I'd throw that in there for the next person to try.

Can we get an insight on how this was resolved, if it actually was? Ive been following both the OPs instructions and the info on Allah and killing everything in sight for two hours and have not seen the mob yet.

Edit: As soon as I complain the mob appears. I am assuming the mob was moved to the Allah locations? I found it in front of Cabilis wandering north-south.
