![]() In a veritable orgy of misunderstanding and miscommunication it turns out that Occupy Wall Street is really just a group of overzealous Black Friday shoppers hankering for the best possible deal for the classic post-Thanksgiving shopping day. They have been seen constructing numerous shanty-towns across the country generally lined up in front of famous retailers in the hopes that they will be the first in line to purchase a new iPad or MacBook Pro.
When asked about the 99% concept, occupiers noted that it is a summation of their ultimate goal of finding 99% discounts on all of their favorite holiday goodies. Occupy Wall Street representitives have officially apologized for the misunderstanding and ‘branding’ problems and were surprised that their cause was ever so drastically misinterpreted. In a recent interview, p99 forum commoner Hasbinbad said “Sometimes you just have to buck the system and start camping out one..or even two months in advance to get the best deals… “ Developing...

Thank you to the Occupiers for the reported 7% sales increase year over year for Black Friday. Your intense focus on mass consumerism and fervent support of capitalism has paid off. Mission Accomplished! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...alls-flat.html

![]() Fucking sad that more people camp out to save $20 on a $120 3 year old pocket camera or $100 on a $600 2 year old flat screen than camp out to protect our rights and long term financial security..
Fucking sad. ..but we knew that. You're still asleep. Soon there will be no choice but to wake up. Better buy your cameras and flatscreens while China and Europe are still able to pretend they aren't entering depressions like the US. In any case, if the port shut downs go through as planned, we'll more than make up for the profits made at Target, Best Buy, and Macy's. Chose your battles, what?

![]() Traditionally speaking, when large corporations loose profit, they just take the hit on their bottom line and don't recoup those losses. Again, generally speaking investors are forgiving about these kinds of things...
The ~700,000 employees at the three retailers you mentioned are probably safe in the event of lost corporate profits... Thanks for lobbying for the working man Occupiers...
