Default Going Postal (Kelethin to Freeport)

I think the same issues with the other Postal quests is happening with Idia in Kelethin for giving the quest over.

She responds to everything except for what should be giving me the mail:

Idia says, "I have messages that need to go to - well, right now I have one that needs to go to Freeport. Will you [deliver] mail to [Freeport] for me?

from what I have read the correct response should be:

I will deliver to Freeport

but that does nothing for me at the moment.

thanks.

Though technically you should only need the words "deliver" and "freeport" in the response, that rule did not always hold true for all quests in EQ.

In this case, the correct phrase is "I will deliver mail to freeport". you forgot the word mail.

I actually tried typing that and she loops back to an earlier speech that mentions [mail] even including Freeport and deliver.

Has anyone actually had it work in Kelethin? I see posts in this section for all other portions of the Going Postal questline and figured this had the same issue.

I checked this out, and she appears to work perfectly. Do you have any screenshots to show the problem you are having?

I did create a new char and tried it and it worked. So I dont know what I was smokin the other day for it not to work.

I swear I was doing the same thing.

I have yet to try it again with the same character.

I ran around yesterday doing the Postal Quest and found that the Postal NPC in Kaladim won't give you mail for Kelethin. The NPC in Freeport will receive the letter from Idia in Kelethin, however the quest giver in Freeport (To Kelethin) won't give the mail to you.
