Quest Issue: Package from Lomarc

Description: Bracketed Quest Text does not trigger dialogue.

Relevant LOCs: Renux Herkanor - 23,191 North Qeynos

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Hanns Krieghor will mention to Renux Herkanor that the wayward smuggler Lomarc has attracted the attention of the Qeynos guards. Renux then says she will send someone to meet Lomarc behind the Mermaid's Lure to pick up his package.
2. Any mention of Lomarc will trigger the same response from Renux.
3. The bracketed text [meet him behind the Mermaid's Lure] does not trigger additional text

Expected behavior: You say, 'I will meet Lomarc'

Renux Herkanor says 'Hmm, you think you can handle it? Eh, Lomarc is nothing but a two-bit smuggler anyways. Take this payment to him for the package, and don't let him give you any grief. Got it?'

She hands you a note called "a payment" or something like that. If you open and read it, it says something to the effect of "you screwed up".
