Harmony Spell
I can recall on live being able to solo the bandits/raiders along the river in NK and SK on live. Cannot do it here. I think aggression range is not set low enough.
There is no message when the spell is resisted either. Which may be the actual problem. | ||

Harmony in classic was always unresistable by anything. As far as I've seen, that's how it works on P99.

Well it is odd then. I make sure to harmony twice and see that everyone gets the "soul glow". Then I pull the one off to the side and 2 or 3 from the middle of the group come with.
I've done this countless times on live and never had this problem. | ||
