Download, change compatibility settings of EverQuest.exe to 256 colors, and run it When asked for login info, just click ok. When it tells you it can't connect, hit ok again and it'll start up. You can tell that it was much closer to Everquest's DikuMUD roots at the time. | ||

Lol. Ok, I'll post some screenshots in a sec but they look really fucked up because Windows can't handle running a program in 256 colors, and there's no in-game screenshot function so I just have to print screen and paste it into paint. Gimme a minute.

Here's a few screenies I just took. Looks like shit because Windows can't handle the colors.
