Default EQ will not launch

So I extracted the files like normal to my EQ Folder and when I went to launch the game via desktop shortcut (like always) - I get an pop up saying: Please remove Wsock32.dll from your Everquest Titanium directory.

So.... C:/Program files/sony/Everquest/

I take the file out and put it on my desktop and then try to relaunch the game and it says the same thing.

Someone help me out here, what am I doing wrong?
