Default Skyfire Chromodracs

The chromodrac dispel is supposed to be short range only at this time period of EQ. I would peg the range they could dispel you from at 25-30 yards before the change, they had to be extremely close before using that ability. The day it changed from short range to standard cast distance was Oct 16, 2002; here are some links to support.

Graffes had a discussion on quadding skyfire for wizards, there is a fair bit to read; for the highlights this particular post covers how they dispel, no posts are made there to refute this until Oct 16 when many warnings are posted for how it was changed.

I started quad kiting othmir in cs at 56, and sperm and wyverns in skyfire later along with the named cycle. You could do that now, but chromodracs dispell and dot from far away now so it's more difficult.

The spell has always had a 200 range according to spdat. I don't doubt that chromodracs could only do short-range casting, but the spell data isn't the solution. It seems that they had a mob-specific casting range limitation, which isn't something that exists in our codebase at the moment. Will add it to my list.
