Pre-nerf cloak is supposed to be instant cast of Levitation. Just got the server first and it's a 6 second cast.

Yeah I'm pretty positive that is used to be insta click. I remember hearing stories about it.

If you had a prenerf pegasus feather cloak back then you were a GOD. Instant right click levitation even when moving was teh ownage! Oh, the crazy things I did with that...

Can anyone provide evidence of its nerf date? If so, I will change it be instant until its needed nerf.

I only found 2 quotes supporting it was instant cast.. the one Reiker posted, and this one.

When the Pegasus Cloak was instant cast levitate, and castable on others. (Used to run through zones levitating 30+ people as I passed)

This wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that you've already gotten yours does it?

it did start as instacast and was moved shortly after -- not certain when though, but i'd propose making it to casting time when sol ro comes out?
