Some friends, family and me are eager to try Project 1999.
My job is to find out if we can all log on using the same CD key of Titanium?

You can use the same copy of Titanium. You wont need a key at all.

Install, then patch using the instructions from the main page.

its the IP you need to worry about..

+1 IP per household,
unless you have a valid reason for an exemption +1

If you and your friend's / family are playing from the same internet connection, you'll need to request an IP exemption for each account. If you are all playing from your own homes etc, then there's no worry.

I don't know. Based on anecdotal observation and reading here, they retain a history of 'every' name chosen. I couldn't get several seemingly unique names myself either when creating a new character.
