Default Rooted mobs appear to continue running until the caster himself moves.

Maybe this is not a new bug. I tried the search function, and didn't see anything about it. I didn't do a particularly thorough scouring admittedly.

I have been noticing for the last couple weeks, on both my druid and now my ranger. that whenever root lands on a mob (so far I've only tried it on kunark mobs, using Ensnaring Root) the mob APPEARS to continue moving endlessly forward until I move after casting it.

When I say endlessly, I mean it. The first time it happened it freaked me out as the giant seemed to be unphased by my root and marched rigth into my face.. but then just kept on marching-- in fact he marched through the wall. But the reality is that, in all actuality he was not moving and the root had indeed taken hold, but for some reason my client doesn't register that. The moment I move, even a fraction of a step in any direction, he will however snap immediately into the appropriate place.

I have noticed this on multiple devices with stable connections and it seems to be be a consistent problem now. .

I've had this happen on iceclad cougars too so it isn't just a kunark thing.
