Default Funniest dick moves on Live

I'll admit I was an asshole at times on live. I used to grab every single undead in SK and run them to KFC and train people. I would invis myself and run by people sitting and watch like 20 mobs train on someone.

I also used to grab all the SG in Oasis and run them to the shore. Fun times.

What was the biggest dick move you did on Live?

on live i used to beat the fuck out of sand giants in oasis to like 30% health
bard speed/invis song whos name i forget now because its been like 10 or 15 years
and just run around with the giant following me.

some of my favorite moments was trying to align myself with the pillars in the oasis to scare the fuck out of people

You know that pillar next to the gypsy camp? i would get the giant "behind" the pillar and book it to P1 to make it seem like its popping out of no where and just stand up the P1 pillar as it ran to me. watched players scatter. and when a player cried out for help i would goto the center of the zone and do a few laps in the water until said high level goes away. then i would sneak it into the ocean for some aquatic jumpscares

I don't think poison ever worked liked that. Why would you go on the Internet and just tell lies?

On Tallon Zek I set /surname Ld on my brother's rogue. Poor guy was constantly getting attacked by people going "Lol, this guy is LD, lets kill him!"

I druid charmed the EC griffon and gave it sow and thorns and zoned it off when i was bored. Then zone back in an follow it around invis seeing how many people it killed. No escaping a sow'd griffon lol.

This one was a high school buddy. Back on the live servers during Kunark before item linking was added, you used to have to put items into the trade window to inspect them. He would ask people to look at their Wurmslayers, knowing they were giant items. After closing trade, if the person didnt have a giant capacity bag, the wurmslayer would drop on the ground and he'd quickly pick it up. Think he sold 4 or 5 in EC after stealing them from people. Same guy got guild kicked for selling a green scale in EC that his guild awarded him (he was a warrior).

Fungi tunic scam, someone got me with it (which is how I learned about it) and then I did it to a bunch of people.

Auction to sell your Fungi Tunic at a realistic but slightly below market price to get solid demand and eager buyers. Put your fungi tunic in the window, they put their plat in the window, wait til they confirm the trade. Then hit cancel instead of trade, act like it was an accident.

Open a new trade window, usually let them do it so the money goes in first. Toss a cloth tunic in there. Hit trade, they already confirmed it was a fungi tunic the first time so they hit trade and give you ~40k for a cloth tunic. Immediately log off to avoid conflict.

Think I did it 4-5 times successfully. Back on live staff was spread thin and slow to react so if someone petitioned it would just get lost in the queue and by the time they got to it you weren't online, then it went back to the back of the queue and forgotten about as more new petitions came in.

Eventually I got too bold and stopped logging off and a GM caught me online during a short queue. I ate a couple of days of ban and lost the plat from 1 transaction. I think I stopped after that because I shared an account with my brothers and they were pretty annoyed at the ban, didn't want to get a permanent one that lost their characters.
