Incorrect Runner Up Ticket for The Lottery Ticket

Currently, #15600 is not the runner up when it should be. It is a losing ticket

#14350 is the 2nd place ticket instead, when it should be a losing ticket.

Fixed, pending update

Also rewrote the script to process multiple tickets at a time.
