Fish Dinner Recharges not working

According to Wiki, this is broken. https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/...html?quest=644 Fresh Fish + Spear should work. Roary Fishpouncer says, 'Rrrrr... I need both the spear and a frrresh fish to prrrepare the spear with the oil.' Roary Fishpouncer says, 'Rrrr... been doing some deepwater fishing, I presume? Here is your spear with a frrresh coat of my special oil.'
