Guard L`Crit Surname Backtick Not Rendering

This seems to be the only NPC in Neriak with this problem, as most of the Dark Elves use this character in their surnames. What could be going on here?

Guard LCrit in neriaka should not have a backtick.

Guard L`Crit in neriakb should have a backtick.

Working as intended.
