The Wiki says killing him is a hit to Soldiers of Tunare. That's the Druid guild in Kelethin. It also states that killing him is a hit to Faydark's Champion's (Ranger Guild in Kelethin). Finally, killing him raises Crushbone Orcs faction.

This suggests to me that he's on the same faction as the Wood Elves in Kelethin. Yet, yesterday, he actually ran through a wall to attack my wood elf druid in East Freeport. This druid is either amiable or kindly to the same factions that this guy is supposed to be on. (No, I didn't attack him, I was just walking down the street on my way across town).

He conned blue at level 6, by the way. The Wiki suggests that he cons even at level 5, which appears correct, but he doesn't fight like a level 5. He has way too many hitpoints for that level.

The guards jump in and help him if he attacks you, by the way.
