Default Druid spells cant be learned at proper lvls
seems that druid only get new spells every 5 lvls instead of a few each lvl. adjustments need to be made.

Correct - in Classic, you got spells every 4 for pure casters - and every 5 for others. It wasn't changed to the "spells every level" for a few years.

Not exactly FatMagic. Pure casters are every level until 24, and then it switches to every 5 levels like priests.
