Bug Collection (Misty Thicket, Blixkin Entopop)

I can obtain the list from Blixkin but not the box to combine required items.

Ive tried a few different statements with no results:
colllection
I dont have a bug collection box
what collection box

Im on a halfling warrior, level 3, amiable to Blixkin... doesnt seem like this would be a level issue as I'd expect to get a response indicating too low a level to proceed.

Same issue happened in 2009 and apparently fixed.
