Exotic Drinks / Frostbite's Fish broken?

I have gotten a 'bad regurgatonic' from Kimble Nogflop 6 times in a row. Not only does Identify identify them as 'bad', they don't work on the dog.

Never mind. Seems I'm the victim of the Random Number Generator. Quest worked fine after 2 more tries.

Well, that's nice, but now it does seem to be broken. I just tried to hand Frostbite a regurgatonic and he rejected it completely. My faction is naturally warm and I don't have a dead fish, so... GM pls look into this.

Just make a lvl 1 alt in qeynos and kill the fish then log on your main and loot it.

Quest worked fine for me. I believe you had a bad regurgitonic.
