Quest Issue: Shaman Sky Items - Gina MacStargan

So far since the patch I have tried handing in an Elder Shaman's Ceremonial Bracelet and a Sphinx Hide Mantle to her and both have been returned with the message "What am I supposed to do with these?"

If it's of any relevance, I believe that before the patch the shaman quests from Ooga awarded the upgraded items. I know Baubarian got a Warhammer of the Wind about a week ago.
