Quest Issue: Plane of Sky quest upgrades?

The Plane of Sky 2.0 quests (ie: Dark Cloak of the Sky etc, etc,) were added on July 19, 2000. This was before Gorenaire/Sev/Talendor which were patched in on August 9, 2000.

Now I was wondering, since Gorenaire/Sev/Talendor have been patched in early, will we have the "new" Plane of Sky quest rewards available? Many of these items were high priority items for certain classes.

Any word on this by chance? The patch messages linked above show that the plane of sky items were upgraded before Talendor/Gorenaire/Sev were introduced; those dragons are currently in game, yet the upgraded items are not.

lol GR. I remember when you were about to finish that quest, and I was like wow ur gonna be totally badass now! Then u get this cloak with like 2 charges of regeneration LOL. bwahahahahaa

Some of these upgrades are already in when they shouldn't have been (Like Mask of Song (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=8078) being in instead of Mask of the Songbird (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=1893)).
