Spells: Steal strength bug

Okay well ive had this bug before but in the reverse.. was soloing frenzied pox scarab and the bastard procced steal strength on me from his crappy beetle stinger.. except instead of being the mild 27 str its supposed to be, it dropped me by at least 76 because it brought me down to 1 str where i could no longer move. Thats really gay... now your stuck tanking the damn thing when he procs and it does that.

When i say ive had this bug before... ive been soloing and put my cha buff on recently (radiant visage) and instead of the 35 or so cha is normally adds it pops up with like 120 added cha.. until you take it off or overwrite. Sorry but i cant replicate this.. the beetle stinger does it randomly it seems on each proc. Some times he'll proc and it will overwrite the bugged steal str and fix it to the normal 27.. then he'll proc again and boom back to 1.

The cha buff thing seems to have to do with zoning recently.. as its usually right after ive logged on and moved or gate and come back across the zone line.. then buff.. and then its bugged.
