Persistent 1017 Error

Hey gang, long time no see. I haven't logged into my account in around 5 years. I just freshly installed Titanium and the P99 files into my new computer. Unfortunately when I try to log in I get launcher crashes and a 1017 error. I read through the forum and saw a few fixes. I tried using wifi and not ethernet, and also underclocked my GPU 4200 and 4100. I also changed my account password. Nothing worked. FYI I am not using WinEQ. Can you help? Thank you!

I too have not been able to resolve the 1017 issue. Refuse to underclock CPU. Has to be another work around. Not sure how a VPN would resolve. May just have to break out the old dusty laptop.
