Yes it is. I've heard as low as 50k and as high as the low 100's on Blue.

That’s fair. I only have like two examples which isn’t exactly a solid graph.

IMHO the BFG for casual raiders is the best buy for the plat. I used to carry shaman haste pots and an ashenbone spear for select situations. The cloak is very nice though…

Sky quests are MQable now. Whether that is a good or bad thing is up to you.

I have to say I LOVE this item on my ranger. It and the epics really made the toon for me.

Draft helps since you get a weeks worth of it and you can spawn kos every few hours instead of once a week .

I think our guild has done one Sky a week for 6 months and no cloak. I got mine during double-drop week.

Like everything it’s random chance. Keeper of Souls has 14 unique items so even a 2-3 drop that’s not the best dice toss. Still better than 1/14 tho.
