Quest Issue: SoulFire Quest

After remembering a bug fix made by Rogean, where you can now trade items to bankers (made due to LoS's epic ToV rot loot feeding to bankers), it triggered something in my memory.

Assistant Kiolna in High Keep shouldn't be a part of the SoulFire quest. The Key should go directly to Bank Clerk Jaylin. It is even mentioned on the Allakhazam page:

Allakhazam Quest

Due to a change in game mechanics, you can no longer hand items directly to bankers. Instead, if you hail the banker, she will tell you to hand the key to her assistant. Do so.

Infact the assistant NPC should not even exist until 2003:

The quest is fixed again. I just turned in the key. Right next to the banker in HHK they added a new npc named Kiolna. Turn in the key to this npc and you'll recieve the note.

In summary:

• Remove NPC Assistant Kiolna (never classic)
• Quest will always be turn H. K. 102 in to Bank Clerk Jaylin for the a Sealed Note
