Default How to turn off pvp?

My friend is in Halas right now, and he turned in his tome without knowing the consequences. Is there anyway to turn his pvp status off without asking for a GM's assistance? Thank you very much

If you hail him he says that his quests are not implemented yet (or words to that effect), a quick petition will sort it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

last time I checked, the PoO would go like "Yo, son! My quests aren't implemented but if you say 'remove PvP flag' I'll do it for ya, homie!" or something like that. I may have added an extra layer of informality.

It might be faster and easier to log out, delete the character and re-create than trying to get to Qeynos as a very low lvl character.

Yeah, I made that mistake when I created my character yesterday. I was so excited to be playing I didn't even think about it.
I ended up just deleting and recreating since I was so low level it was just easier that way.
