No sound effects, sounds, or music in-game

So I have reinstalled several times trying to get my sound back but nothing works, this has happened since the last Windows 10 update... all my sound is up to date with drivers and everything


Sick of listening to music me wanna hear eq sounds lol

Please help thanks

I did what was explained by that post but still do not have bag sounds, running sounds but yet i have vendor music? no other music
