Game Locks up when entering combat

Been playing fine for the last week or so, hit level 12 in Lavastorm and then I die, lose my level, go back collect my corpse, get ready for combat, enter combat, game locks.

Stubborn as I am I go back to lavastorm 3 more times and each time entering combat, I lock up and die.

Come back in today collect my corpse go back to town, sell, regroup, check the forum posts for anything similar and try some combat in Nek Forest.

Still locks every time I enter combat and the mob gets close to me or pet screen locks and have to restart to get back into the game.

Any help/suggestions?
