The Clothspinner Sisters (good)

I originally posted about this quest on another board (Blue Server Chat):

but after reviewing the quest on the wiki and other (non-p99) sources I'm fairly certain this quest is not working.

I had the note from Nerissa Clothspinner, travelled to Milea in the cave in east karana, coned indifferent, handed it to her, and nothing. No cloth, no response, nothing.

This is currently written to require amiable or better faction.

To close this out, this quest was rewritten to require indifferent for 'The Clothspinner Sisters' quest. 'Hopeless Love' still requires amiable, however.
