Certain guilds kill other guilds instead of forming alliances.

Those certain guilds only log in to kill raid bosses and log out.

However they aggressively deny and harras newbies/lowbies/ungeared non twink characters throughout the lands because they are bored/dumb/and or territorial or 'they aren't in their guild'.

Instead.

Maybe try having an economy on red.

and helping newbies get shit from guk or velkators.

oh and their spells.

i cant complain too hard about this, but the good spells are hoarded and hard to come by/depleted

a few people in afformentioned guild are good peeps butt there are a lot of rats in those 'guilds' (they've had different guild names over the years)

maybe try hosting an open raid every once in awhile for anyone 46+ on red regardless of tag unless they are known troublemakers and trainers
