Crash on log out

Logging out to go back to the Character select screen, the game crashes every single time.
Is this a possible winEQ thing? I also have nParse running, and have made sure only 1 cpu is active for the game.
Any ideas? ...

Set compatibility mode on eqgame.exe for xp sp2 or sp3.

Thanks for the tip, SP3 crashed on loading into the server after char select. SP2 works so far
