Accidentally deleted my lvl 18u cleric

What are my options? Are there any back ups of this character

the tonn's name was

she was an erudite cleric and i was very proud of my time working on them. I think one of my children accidentally deleted it

(I talked to them in a calm voice about what they did dont worry)
