Bard and Flowing Thought

Does anyone know if Flowing Thought, as on the Thurgadin Shawl has any effect on a bard? It would be nice to get back the mana for charming just a little bit faster.

Yea flowing thought is the only way bards can regen mana. People will tell you to just skip it on a bard and swarm, but if you’re into charming I would definitely consider the shawl.

Because Bards have weird mana regen rules baked into the class, I am not so sure it would actually work

Are you sure? I was having a discussion with someone on this recently. Technically, FT shouldn't have any effect on bards until late Luclin, so it's not supposed to work on p99, but I had heard second hand that it did.
