login issue, kinda

so i have not been able to login for several months, pc issues and life.

just got set back up redownloaded and installed, logged in and my characters are gone

i asked originally on green forum because i thought maybe unplayed toons got purged after awhile but i was told thats not the case.

im not sure what to do or what my next step is on recovering my main at least

I know this might sound silly, but did you double check you picked the correct server?

I have on more than one occasion some how clicked on one of the other servers and found an empty character select.

I can think of no technical reason why a new computer or a long pause in playtime would affect characters. There is a forum for 'Petition / Exploits' , that would probably be your best bet.

A agree with K.. Ive clicked green and selected login, and came up emtpy. immediately logged out and saw the quick login listed a total different server on the list.
