Scaled Mystic Boots?

Has anyone done this quest? Been camping spirit callers in Loio for a few days on and off. I have killed about 15-20. The warlords that are spawning at the same locations as the callers are dropping their beads about 1 in 3. I NEED BEADS.

Spirit callers only drop beads if you're not wearing anything on your chest slot.

We got these for my wife awhile back. Confirmed they dropped then, but I do remember we had to kill a bunch of these to get the beads.
